It is not visible to the human eye and virtually undetectable, you’ll forget it’s even there. While protected, the phone’s touchscreen and other features remain fully usable underwater. The case has four eyelets and a lanyard which allow you to attach your BeachBuoy to the nearest lounger or hang it around your neck.
7. Case Marine Waterproof Cover (Bumper) for iPhone 5
This is more like a waterproof bumper than a case, yet is still supposed to protect your phone against water (and sand, snow and much more). The protective skin is ultra thin and made from double layered thermoplastic polyurethane, making it the only protective skin that is 98% transparent. All the phone’ functions remain fully functional and it’s the only waterproof skin to have insurance if the phone malfunctions, so it’s worth a try for 45 euros or about $60.

The one made for the iPhone 5 isn’t exactly out yet, but it’s worth a post since you can get a feel of what it will provide for your new phone since there is already one that’s compatible with the 4/4S models. The O.T. Waterproof iPhone case makes your iPhone totally submersible at depths of up to 3 feet and sells for $34.95.
3. Hitcase Pro for iPhone 5
The one made especially for the iPhone 5 ins’t out yet, but based on what the one for the 4/4S models does, you’ll get the picture. So the Hitcase Pro is a rugged and easy-to-use, the waterproof and shockproof, and is supposed to be “the quickest trick for hitting the elements without a worry.” The Pro actually comes with a high-quality lens, combined with the same rugged and weatherproof features seen in the standard one, with price TBD.
